Hey guys,

So Courtney and I were struck with the sudden urge to rewatch Warehouse 13 (no idea why), but we didn't really want to organise a WAL or anything (I know why there, we're lazy). Even so, we wanted to do something together to link our rewatches. Courtney came up with the idea of drawing one picture that sums up each episode. It can be literal, abstract, simplistic, funny, serious, anything you like. It can be huge, or it can be on the back of a post-it (and lets face it, that post-it sounds nice and realistic). Our thought was that it would be fun to compare our pictures after the episodes.

Here's where you guys come in! We'd love for you to participate! Feel free to draw for every episode, or just one. Feel free to jump up and down or say we're insane (or both). If you choose to participate, or just want to follow along with us, you can find us under the #warehousedoodles on twitter. Tag your photos or just wait till we're down where I'll compile them all together. Just have some fun.

Title: Memorial
Date: 9-1-2012
Spoilers: none
Notes: for windandthestars – I so often write you things, but I am just so slow to finish them! This one I actually wrote from the very bench Helen sits on, under the memorial in Oxford.

Disclaimer: Sanctuary doesn't belong to me.

It’s that time of year again! If you’re a regular at then this you know the drill: comments are private so put down your address AND your email address and I’ll send out the mailing list in a day or so.

If you’re a newbie however, here’s the drill:

  • you send me your mailing address which I will add to a list of addresses. The ONLY ones who will see this address are myself and those participating in the exchange
  • You will receive a list of addresses for people to whom you should cards. We’ve been doing this for several years now and we’ve had anywhere from 15 to 25 participants.
  • Who will be playing? The usual suspects from the twittersphere.
  • Do I have to send a card to everyone on the list? That is the general procedure. If, however, there is someone you don’t wish to send a card to (because you don’t know them or because you do not wish to) then that is your responsibility to arrange and or deal with. You’re all grown ups, sort it out amongst yourselves.
  • Do I have to do anything special card wise? That’s completely up to you. Some people make their own cards (because they’re scrapbookers or graphically inclined), some people make fandom cards, and others buy theirs. Some include letters or candy canes, or, like the great glitter bombing of 2010, include surprises. It is entirely up to you.
  • When do  I send them out? Whenever you like, but remember that some of these are going overseas so sooner is often better than later.
